T-Included – Analysis of Transport Exclusion in Poland
The project assessed the extent of transport exclusion in Poland. In the analysis, a multidimensional opportunity indicator was utilised. Dimensions taken into account include multimodal accessibility, affordability, reliability and quality aspects (no. of transfers) of travel options using public transport for each of the 8.2 million address points in Poland. In addition, the project identified barriers and highlighted good practices for combating exclusion, as well as recommendations for legislative changes. A system for monitoring changes in exclusion was also proposed.
